As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
Main Responsibilities:
* Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
* Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment
* Documents patient care given
* Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Registered Nurse licensed to work in the State of Kentucky
* New Graduates may work under a KY provisional license for up to 6 months with the expectation that an RN license will be obtained within the first 6 months of employment
