The Analyst, Finance, is responsible for supporting forecast preparation, site-related management reporting, inventory transaction processing and inventory valuations, adjustments and reconciliations. This individual provides data inputs for analytics support from Enterprise Business Services and supports local market specific financial reporting as needed.
- Assists in site-based data entry and reporting activities including performing expense and revenue allocations, variance & trend analysis, profit /cost center analysis.
- Reviews and ensures daily charge reconciliation between systems.
- Prepares non-recurring journal entries.
- Supports CFO in annual budget preparation.
- Monthly provider productivity calculations and periodic financial statement pro forma preparation.
- Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required, degree may be waived with applicable experience.
Experience
One year experience in financial statement preparation and strong technical and computer experience.
Previous health care and general ledger experience preferred
