Position Summary:
Under the guidance and direction of the People Services Director, the People Services Generalist is responsible for enhancing department functions by planning, implementing and developing training, onboarding, and employee orientation programs, the administration of employee benefits, payroll administration, and answer employee questions regarding pay, benefits, policies and procedures.

Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action. Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred
Previous experience in HR or HR related field a plus.
