Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Professional at a manufucaturing role in Somerville, TN. The Safety Professional will be responsible for health & safety assessments, conducting safety training, accident investigations, and implementing Environment Health and Safety (EHS) programs at the guidance of the Corporate Safety Director, also furnished by Jackson Safety Engineering and Consulting Firm.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health skills
• Safety Training and Accident Investigation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Experience in the safety or related field
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSHA) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred, but not required.
