As an Internal Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with the Route Service team, office personnel and current customers. You will, by way of a variety of communication tools (email, phone, text, meetings) proactively address any potential issues that could lead to dissatisfied customers. Our ideal candidate enjoys working both collaboratively and independently. This candidate must demonstrate a high level of conscientiousness and follow-through while having a customer-focused mentality to provide superior responsiveness and efficient solutions to customer inquiries or concerns. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior customer service
- Visit Customers on a Regular Schedule to review our program and solicit feedback to evaluate our service and identify customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with our main office regularly about any concerns or service issues that have impacted customers. Determine and implement a plan or service system strategy to mitigate and remedy any issues that may negatively impact our quality of services.
- Coordinate the response of our service team and communicate results and feedback both internally to coworkers and externally to customers.
- Become thoroughly Knowledgeable of Jackson Services products and service systems
- Interface with our propriety CRM and GPS software
- Follow all company policies and procedures
