Responsibilities :
- Provide one-on-one career coaching sessions to clients, including career assessments, goal setting, and action planning.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to understand clients' strengths, interests, values, and career aspirations.
- Offer guidance and support in resume and cover letter writing, job search strategies, networking, and interview preparation.
- Help clients identify and overcome barriers or challenges in their career development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market information, and job search techniques to provide the most relevant and up-to-date advice.
- Provide free consultations and collaborate with team to increase revenue.
- Utilize coaching techniques and tools to facilitate self-discovery, learning, and growth for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
- Assist with reviewing resumes and LinkedIn optimization.
