Sales Support Specialist
Controlled Holdings, an award-winning distributor of HVAC controls, is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist for our Jackson Systems (wholesale) division. Details, Details:
- Respond to customer inquiries and voicemails, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and message requests or any other customer requests for information.
- Enter customer orders into the ERP systems
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Understand our product offerings to effectively assist customers with their questions and provide accurate solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Shipping and Receiving to ensure customer needs are met efficiently (i.e. returns, etc.).
Role Expectations:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
