Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Recruitment Goals: Meet or exceed individual and team targets, including weekly metrics.
- Develop Strategic Recruitment Plans: Collaborate with managers to tailor recruitment strategies.
- Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize internal and external resources to find top talent for open roles.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline: Drive candidates through the recruitment process, from lead generation to placement.
- Negotiate Offers: Partner with clinicians and clients to finalize terms like salary, relocation, and bonuses.
- Facilitate Hiring Processes: Work closely with the sales team and account managers to coordinate interviews and placements.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster ongoing connections with placed clinicians to ensure satisfaction.
- Cultivate a Talent Pipeline: Engage with active and passive candidates to build a network for current and future needs.
- Database Management: Keep clinician profiles updated and record all interactions accurately.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting or a related sales environment, ideally within a staffing agency.
