We are seeking a licensed Insurance agent to grow our business in the region.
We offer a competitive hourly pay $18.25 plus Commission and Bonus (benefits including PTO, Life insurance 401k (first-year compensation $60k - $80K) and have the most amazing training and support in the industry.

Responsibilities
- Manage New Business insurance sales process.
- Develop insurance referral network amongst realtors, mortgage loan officers, homeownership groups and communities.
- Convert data leads and live calls provided into sales
- Use CRM systems to document and manage sales pipeline.
- Proactively run requotes audits to reengage missed, lost, or aged leads opportunities.
- Meet agency sales goals, bundle rates, and referral expectations.
