What will I do as an Accounts Receivable Clerk?
Here are just some of the things you will do in this role:
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
Enter data into accounting system
Check source documents for accuracy
Verify data entry and reconcile data where necessary
Create, process, and verify customer invoices
Prepare daily EFT settlements
Conduct account research and analysis
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Perform filing and document retention
Other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for
3 yrs. of Accounts Receivable experience
Some knowledge of collections
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products, particularly Excel and Outlook
A high degree of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
A history of providing excellent customer service
The ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization
Effectiveness in working independently or as a team
A pattern of maintaining high accuracy and work efficiency to meet regular deadlines
Physical Requirements:
The work may be done in a sitting position with no excessive lifting, pulling, or pushing, and limited twisting, bending, and stooping. While performing the duties of this job, there is required use of hands and fingers to handle or feel objects and controls; reach with hands and arms.
