What will I do as an Accounts Receivable Clerk?
Here are just some of the things you will do in this role:
- Prepare, compile , and sort documents for data entry
- Enter data into accounting system
- Check source documents for accuracy
- Verify data entry and reconcile data where necessary
- Create, process, and verify customer invoices
- Prepare daily EFT settlements
- Conduct account research and analysis
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Perform filing and document retention
- Other duties as assigned
- 3 yrs. of Accounts Receivable experience
- Some knowledge of collections
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products, particularly Excel and Outlook
- A high degree of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- A history of providing excellent customer service
- The ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization
- Effectiveness in working independently or as a team
- A pattern of maintaining high accuracy and work efficiency to meet regular deadlines
