We are looking to hire the best of the best. Service BDC reps answer dealership incoming calls, schedule appointments, outgoing calls and customer service. This is Full time position and an afternoon schedule and every Saturday availability a must. If you want to work in a great fun environment Must pass a background and drug test. Responsibilities:
- Attend to incoming phone calls to help customers with service concerns and set appointments.
- Work off of a call list to make outgoing calls provided to you to set appointments for recalls and service repairs.
-Work with our advisor team and BDC manager to provide accurate information regarding current vehicles in the service department
