Parts Counter Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations, particularly in the automotive sector. This position requires a blend of skills in automotive repair, sales, and inventory management to ensure smooth dealership operations. The Associate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service while efficiently managing tasks related to order fulfillment and inventory.

Duties

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive repair and services, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records.
• Support sales efforts by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting relevant products and services.
• Maintain organized workspaces.
• Facilitate order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

Requirements

• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to engage customers effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in a dealership environment is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with customers from various backgrounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
