What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospitality Area Lead position at Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp?
The Hospitality Area/Party Lead responsible for all party areas and their attendants. This includes supervising the setup/breakdown of each picnic area, ensuring all food arrives in a timely manner from the kitchen, assisting the attendant with any customer issues or requests, and monitoring food replenishment and tidiness. As the Lead, the ideal candidate would be comfortable training the attendants as well as managing multiple areas across the ballpark.
Previous experience is not required, but highly recommended. This position is a great opportunity for a job in a fun environment where you can learn more about catered events and the general food and beverage industry. The picnic areas are outdoor, covered spaces that operate rain or shine. The ideal candidate would be available for the 75 home games, but we are flexible.
