Come join our growing team! We are hiring Machine Operators for our night shift, to run CNC Machines. The ideal candidates will possess excellent math skills. Hours for the position are Monday-Thursday, 4:30 pm - 3:00 am (10 hours per day) after a minimum of 5 weeks of working Afternoons Monday-Thursday, 1:30 pm - 12:00 am (10 hours per day).

Job type: Full-time

Starting pay $20.00 an hour on night shift after a minimum of 5-weeks on afternoons @ $19.00 an hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• · Performs basic operations on all CNC Machines
• · Effectively loads and unloads part from CNC
• · Effectively perform quality checks on parts and fill out quality sheets
• · Effectively change out tooling in machines
• · Completes necessary deburring on completed parts
• · Observes CNC Machines to detect excessive wear or malfunction
• · Notifies the supervisor of material shortages
• · Identifies potential Non-Conforming Material and brings it to the CNC supervisor
• · Maintains organization and cleanliness in the machine shop
• · Ability to work independently while meeting production requirements
• · Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• · High school diploma or GED
• · Excellent mechanical aptitude
• · Excellent problem solving skills
• · Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• · Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
