About the Role

As a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, you’ll combine your technical expertise and sales acumen to guide patients through the journey of better hearing. You’ll help patients understand their diagnostic results, present tailored hearing aid solutions, and foster trust and confidence in their healthcare decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Conduct and interpret comprehensive audiological evaluations, collect relevant medical histories, and provide personalized treatment recommendations.
  • Sales Excellence: Present hearing aid options clearly and persuasively, emphasizing the value of investing in improved hearing health.
  • Device Management: Create accurate ear mold impressions, program and adjust a wide variety of hearing devices, and perform routine repairs.
  • Education & Counseling: Counsel patients on diagnostic findings, treatment options, and proper use of hearing aids to maximize their satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure patient needs are met while contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Documentation: Accurately manage patient records, billing, and correspondence to maintain compliance and efficiency.

  • Be licensed to dispense hearing aids (HIS License required).
