Job Description:
We are seeking a Professor of Management for a tenure-track position at Jacksonville State University's College of Business and Industry. The successful candidate will teach Human Resource Management and General Management courses, with opportunities to teach in Entrepreneurship or Project Management areas.
The department is committed to providing high-quality instruction to diverse student populations in both undergraduate and graduate programs. Teaching responsibilities include delivering instructions through multiple formats, primarily in-person during daytime hours, with evening sections as needed, and through both on-campus and online course delivery.
We are looking for candidates who possess a PhD or ABD in Human Resource Management or related field, or DBA, and applicable industrial experience in a relevant field. Preferred candidates will have experience teaching at the undergraduate level, evidence of applied research in a relevant field, and experience in academic accreditation processes and supervising student organizations.
