">Duties and Responsibilities
">- Provides accurate information to patrons regarding library services, policies, and procedures
- Operates the library's circulation system, including checking out and returning materials, processing holds and recalls, and managing fines and fees
- Maintains the physical organization of library materials, including shelving, reshelving, and shifting collections
- Performs security tasks, such as opening and closing the library, securing property, and monitoring access
- Assists with programming and events, including setup, registration, and execution
Requirements
">- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Clerical experience, meeting the public, or working in a library preferred
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of library software and systems desired
