Responsible for the setup, maintenance and operation of the bar. Takes drink orders from patrons or wait staff and prepares and serves alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes. Mixes ingredients for cocktails, serves wine and bottled beer. Collects payments and makes change.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Setup bar with starting inventory.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar.
- Receive drink orders from patrons and wait staff.
- Mixes and serves alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
- Responsible for securing payments for drinks
- Responsible for balancing your register at the end of your shift.
- Responsible for checking and returning inventory and supplies to stock.

Education and/or Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Must be 21 or older.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months bartending experience.
- Must be T.I.P.S. or S.T.O.P. Certified.
- Must have basic knowledge or beer, wine, and spirits, and be familiar with standard drink recipes.
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of: Standard drink recipes.
- Skill in: Math and Customer Service.
- Ability to: Stand for extended periods of time

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility; to stand for long hours during events; talk and hear.
- Ability to read printed words and numbers in printed form cash register
- Performing work through repetitive eye/hand coordination.
- Daily lifting up to 25 lbs. Up to 10 minutes at a time. Daily carrying up to 25 lbs. up to 10 minutes at a time.
- Climbing ladders and staircases multiple times per day as needed to pick stock.
- Constant standing, walking, stooping. Constant reaching, handling products.
- Ability to stand and attend to your bar for 4-6 continuous hours.
