Jacob & Anthony's American Grille is looking for a Restaurant General Manager with 2 years of fine dining or high volume casual management experience.
In this role you will work collaboratively with the owner, Director of Operations and our Corporate office to oversee staff, processes and operations of this food service operation.
The ideal candidate will have food service leadership experience with a proven track record of success across core responsibilities including financial goals, compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the operational and sales performance of the store Identify sales, execution, financial issues/opportunities and develop plans to enhance results and deliver against core business strategies
- Ensure food safety procedures are executed according to policy and health/sanitation regulations
- Communicate and deliver financial expectations
- Oversee management of food, labor, material costs, and other controllable expenses
- Conduct planning and budgeting Execute policies and procedures for the control of cash, property, product, and equipment
- Manage and maintain safe working conditions
- Grow and develop store managers and specialists across the district
- Anticipate and identify problems and recommend appropriate corrective actions
- Promote fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant experience.
- Hands on management
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Willing to assume around-the-clock responsibility for restaurant operations
- Excellent mathematical/ analytical abilities
- Restaurant P&L experience
- Excellent computer, writing and oral communication skills
- Strength in planning, organizing and prioritizing to deliver results and complete assignments within deadlines, while managing multiple priorities and running a store
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strict and careful attention to detail is critical
