Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

We're looking for an enthusiastic, team player to join our family at Jacob Jarvis Orthodontics! The ideal candidate has 2 years previous Orthodontic experience and is highly organized. This a great opportunity to work with a team of wonderful dental professionals and build lasting relationship with the patients in our community!

Responsibilities

The Treatment Coordinator (TC) is responsible for a variety of educational and financial duties including conducting patient consultations during new patient exam appointments; calculating fees for treatment; coordinating patient financial arrangements, and educating patients.

Come to work with a positive attitude and share that positive attitude with other staff members, patients, and their families

Maintain confidentiality of Patient Personal Health Information and any other related information according to Practice privacy practices and HIPPA

Maintain good attendance and arrive on time ready and prepared to perform job functions daily

At all times demonstrate cooperative behavior with supervisors, subordinates, colleagues, clients and the community

Serve as a backup to the front desk as needed; answer phones and schedule appointments

Travel to other office locations to fill in as needed

Monitor and follow up on pending patients

Maintain and report conversion rates

Provide new patients with treatment and care information; set expectations on how treatment will be provided and how to interact with the clinic

Welcoming patients to the clinic, building a relationship with them as the first point of contact and taking all necessary photos and x-rays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
