What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Jacob's Overhead Door Co?
Jacobs Overhead Door is looking for an individual with the desire to work and become a valuable asset in the wholesale Building Material Distribution business/industry. The candidate must have high level of energy and be willing to apply personal initiative to learn all aspects of an installation, dealer/distributor, business model to the new residential housing sector.
Experience in warehouse, distribution or construction is a plus, but not required.
Success will require one to have positive work ethic and winning attitude. One should be computer literate, have basic skills with the business office suite…Excel, Word, QuickBooks, etc.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Dispatching future jobs and warranty work
- Billing/Invoicing
- Entering and confirming orders
- Monitoring Vendor portals
- General office administrative duties
We require a background check and drug screen as allowed by Federal and State laws.
