What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Specialist position at Jacobi Sales?
Duties
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies for agriculture, and construction equipment
- Utilize OEM catalogs and resources to identify and order correct parts
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Serve customers' needs by accurately and effectively determining their needs
- Assist technicians with locating and retrieving parts as needed
- Perform data entry tasks to update inventory and track parts usage
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts
Requirements
- Previous experience in agricultural/construction parts management or inventory control preferred
- Strong knowledge of agriculture, and/or construction industry and parts terminology
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills for assisting technicians and interacting with customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
