Responsibilities
- Develop customer relationships and handle accounts related to purchases of new equipment, and attachments.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
- Manage territory effectively, ensuring coverage of all potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Track sales activities and report on performance metrics regularly.
- Collaborate with the sales team for lead generation.
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
Skills
- Strong experience in Construction/Agriculture.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in generating leads in a competitive market.
- Displays account management skills, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques and retail sales environments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
