Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintains operating condition of casino buildings and equipment and completes simple repairs
- Uses knowledge of fundamental mechanical, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and plumbing
- Possess basic knowledge of hand or power tools
- Must be able to follow safety guidelines
- Responds to radio, telephone, and verbal requests for maintenance and repairs throughout the property
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Ability to work safely with power equipment and tools
- Proficient in life safety systems operation and resetting
- Must be able to understand and follow MSDS sheets
- Know the location of all safety equipment how to use the safety equipment and check safety equipment
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
- General maintenance experience preferred
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
