The J Resort is a full-service hotel-casino with over 500 rooms and wide variety of Slots and Table Games. Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Building and keeping games full by player and dealer development
- Chip inventory while games are in action
- Tracking player’s win or loss during course of action
- Dealer rotations and accountability regarding room integrity
- Adherence to House and Gaming rules and regulations
- Coaching and developing dealers
- Scheduling dealers to ensure player satisfaction
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Knowledgeable in all procedures, rules, pay outs and game protection of the various game.
- Must have all the skills of a dealer and an understanding of all Table Games
- Basic computer skills
- The capability to stand and walk
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
- Registered with Nevada Gaming Control Board
