Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Implementation Manager to lead the execution of key projects within a regulated environment. This role requires expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), quality assurance, and process optimization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing work instructions, creating training plans, and delivering training to ensure compliance with industry standards and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of project plans to meet business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Develop detailed work instructions to support standardized procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Create and execute a training plan, ensuring personnel are well-versed in project-related processes and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions for relevant stakeholders, ensuring comprehension and adherence to procedures.
- Ensure all activities comply with GMP regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress and address potential challenges.
- Identify process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline).
- Project Management experience in a regulated industry, preferably within a GMP environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in writing work instructions, SOPs, and training materials within a structured environment.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programs effectively.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or relevant Project Management certification.
- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology industries.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
