What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and manage site-wide Validation Master Plans
- Lead and execute Facility, Utility, Equipment, and Process Validations
- Oversee robust Cleaning and Computer System Validation programs
- Support audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance efforts
- Drive cross-functional process improvements and pilot manufacturing runs
- Present technical findings and validation metrics to senior leadership
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Deep understanding of OTC regulations, FDA guidelines, and cGMP standards
- Experience in both pharmaceutical and personal care product environments
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred
- Ability to wear PPE and operate in a manufacturing setting
