Job Title: Field Operations Supervisor Weatherization

Location: Fairfield, CT.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Operations Supervisor to oversee 4-7 field teams, ensuring efficient daily operations, adherence to safety standards, and delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily field operations, ensuring staff coverage to meet project timelines.
• Supervise 4-7 Crew Leaders, promoting efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality protocols.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support team training and development.

• Inspect fieldwork to ensure it meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct on-site quality checks, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce safety protocols among team members.

• Maintain accurate reports, case notes, and equipment inspections in internal systems.
• Meet weekly targets related to productivity, customer satisfaction, documentation accuracy, and quality.
• Perform project closeout procedures and complete necessary documentation daily.

• Take on additional tasks to support team objectives as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant training certifications preferred.
• Certifications in Crew Leadership and Safety (e.g., OSHA 30) are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of installation or fieldwork experience; familiarity with energy programs preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and field management tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
