Manager – Life Sciences Consulting, Patient Services

In this role, you will take on significant responsibilities from day one, leading client projects and nurturing long-term client relationships.
As a member of our consulting team, you will work directly with clients, using your critical thinking skills to contribute to project planning, execution, and ongoing client engagement. You will be involved in projects with varying scopes, durations, therapeutic areas, and levels of expertise. This role offers an opportunity to grow your knowledge across therapeutic areas, project management, communication skills (both written and verbal), and collaborative work environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage client engagements while cultivating lasting relationships, handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Oversee project development, including creating strategic deliverables, managing project timelines, and effectively communicating project status and recommendations to senior clients
- Produce high-quality client deliverables such as business cases, therapeutic area assessments, commercial launch plans, strategy documents, tactical plans, educational resources, and more
- Conduct interviews with key stakeholders (e.g., healthcare professionals, patients, payers) and generate insightful reports
- Inspire and mentor project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment
- Ensure the quality and relevance of work products, directly influencing client decisions
- Contribute to innovative thinking and leadership in client projects
- Identify new business opportunities and expand your expertise in therapeutic areas and pharmaceutical commercialization to apply to future client projects
