What You'll Be Doing

Develop and implement regional sales plans to drive growth and profitability.

Manage, coach, and inspire a regional sales team to meet and exceed their goals.

Recruit and onboard top-tier sales professionals, providing tools and training to ensure success.

Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and high-potential clients.

Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with company objectives.

About You

Be able to do the job as described.

2-5 years of sales management experience.

Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A track record of success in sales, preferably with medical devices or tangible goods.

Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75%).

Bachelor's degree required.

Audiology experience is a plus.
