What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supervise the pricing & contracts and customer service teams to meet service level expectations.
  • Manage key metrics and performance data to support budget and forecast decisions.
  • Interface with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide strategic business insights.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure efficient planning and execution.
  • Lead, develop, and manage a diverse team of direct reports.

About You:

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Extensive experience in sales operations leadership, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong proficiency with SAP, Vistex, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
