What You’ll Do
- Represent AT&T by consulting and selling telecommunication services to residential customers on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
- Develop relationships with clients, provide product knowledge, and identify the best solutions for their needs.
- Build and lead your own team through training, mentoring, and field development.
- Contribute to an energetic and collaborative office culture that thrives on competition, fun, and success.
- Receive consistent, hands-on coaching to prepare you for branch management opportunities within 18-24 months.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Base Pay:
- Weeks 1-2: $500 per week
- Week 3 : $700 per week
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Commission and bonuses starting at $1,000 weekly.
- Bonuses: Monthly opportunities up to $6,000 per month.
