Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate automobiles by explaining features, capabilities, and warranties.
- Prospect daily for potential customers and maintain rapport with previous customers.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Develop and maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated on product features, accessories, inventory, and benefits.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Overcome objections, negotiate prices, and complete sales agreements.
- Provide sales management information through reports.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's values in all interactions.
