This opportunity will be supporting projects in the Saranac Lake, NY area. You’ll be accountable for working with subcontractors to ensure quality compliance on building projects. Here's what you'll need
- 3 years of applicable experience or comparable training in inspecting large scale building construction projects
- OSHA 30 Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Familiarity with Uniform Building Code requirements for nonresidential occupancies
- Must be able to work autonomously, follow defined procedures, and interpret contract documents
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation / Willing and able to drive to client sites
- Ability to respond to off hour calls based on needs of client
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering
