Jacobs is looking for an Authorized Services Agreement (ASA) Manager to join our team in Farmington, NM. As an ASA Manager, you’ll join our collaborative Water/Wastewater Utility team to support our Farmington, NM Project. You’ll aid in the development and completion of several construction projects, supervise the construction activities undertaken by contractors to ensure compliance with schedule, technical specifications, and quality and costs as stated in the contract documents.

Here's what you'll need
The work area can involve a working environment indoors, as well as, outdoors which could cause exposure to outdoor elements; proper environmental attire will be required. Some areas can have loud noise, active machinery, high pressure fluid systems, electrical equipment, confined spaces, heights and depths, fumes, air borne particles, noxious gases, pathogens and various chemicals. Safety is of the utmost importance. The use of appropriate safety equipment will be mandatory in these areas to prevent hazardous contact.
Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, twist and bend at the waist, turn, kneel, squat, raise arms above shoulder height, grasp, reach, perform repetitive hand movements and fine coordination when preparing reports and using a computer keyboard, have vision sufficient to read computer screens, printed documents and operate office equipment, have hearing in the normal range with or without correction. In an 8-hour time period must be able to transport self across the facility, ascend and descend stair steps, lift objects up to 50 pounds from floor level to waist height, wear and use appropriate safety equipment.

Jacobs is looking for an Authorized Services Agreement (ASA) Manager to join our team in Farmington, NM. As an ASA Manager, you’ll join our collaborative Water/Wastewater Utility team to support our Farmington, NM Project. - Manage and coordinate activities of multiple contractors engaged in construction of new and repair and replacement of existing water distribution, sewer collection, and water and wastewater treatment system components
- Serve as the liaison between contractor, designers, inspectors and other stakeholders of the project to facilitate communication, decision making and problem solving
- Ensure Adherences to Safety, Quality, Ethical Standards, Lessons Learned, and Performance Management programs in accordance with company/program policies, standards, guides, and contractual commitments
- Ensure timely delivery of construction projects and components within budget in accordance with approved construction and engineering specifications, policies, practices, and quality standards
- Provide guidance to inspection staff and assist with day-to-day outside service agreements activities including phased and final product acceptance, review and approval of invoices, coordination meetings, reporting, and schedule and cost control
- Ensure thorough inspection of construction material, workmanship, documentation, and practices to ensure they meet technical specifications and contractual requirements
- Ensure thorough and accurate daily record of activities, progress, and issues
- Help investigate, document, and report existing site conditions to facilitate project execution
- Communicate effectively relevant project information between cliental and Jacobs management

Here's what you'll need
- Five years of construction management experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
- Knowledgeable in Earned Value Management
- Knowledgeable in OHSA safety regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications
- Physical ability to walk construction sites and work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with no major infractions
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or technology related field
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
- Experience with municipal water and wastewater construction or operation
