You’ll also provide on-site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead. Your skills in multi-discipline, highly interactive team will produce Building Automation System (BAS) designs for HVAC and mechanical systems. Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering
- At least 5 Years of experience working with Building Automation and HVAC Systems
- Working knowledge of DDC, PLC, DCS, and other controls applications
- Experience with AF&IDs, P&IDs, Sequence of Operations, I/O List and general/technical specifications
- Background in HVAC and Mechanical systems
- AUTOCADD experience
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
- Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
- Passion for buildings and construction
