Complex Project Delivery Lead FXE

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules.
• Manage project sequencing, planning, and execution of complex Life Science projects.
• Ensure successful start-up and commissioning of complex Life Science projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 15 years of experience in Construction Management field.
• Extensive experience in Turnover Sequencing, Planning, and Execution of complex Life Science projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and general building maintenance.
