We have an exciting opportunity for a Configuration and Requirements Systems Engineer to join the team with Oceaneering, a teammate company.
The JETS II Contract is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to serve as a Configuration and Requirements Systems Engineer for the EX5 Systems Engineering and Project Management Branch at NASA. The ideal candidate will possess experience in configuration management, configuration engineering, and requirements systems engineering. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the management of system configurations, systems engineering products, and requirements to ensure overall product integrity, compliance, and operational success across all mission phases of multiple projects.
The Configuration and Requirements Systems Engineer will :
- Configuration Management
Develop and maintain configuration management plans, processes, and documentation.
Design and implement processes to manage configuration data, versioning, and integration.
Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation in collaboration with stakeholders.
Act as the primary interface between configuration management, engineering, and systems teams to ensure seamless communication and integration.

Work Environment
Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of time).

Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, printer, etc.).
Attendance
Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements
