As a CQV Lead Project Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of Jacobs’ Global Life Science’s organization. This role will support a global initiative focused on a large multi-site capital expansion program. Program to include new manufacturing facilities and highly automated fill finish processes.
This candidate will be based in Europe as an expatriate for a duration of 1-3 years.
Responsibilities include:
• Project Planning and Scheduling for Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation
• Progress Measurement and Reporting for Commissioning, Verification, and Validation
• Performing Vendor Assessments
• Developing and Executing CQV Documentation
• Developing and Executing Vendor Management Plans
• Managing and Coordinating FATs and SATs for Multiple Pieces of Equipment at Multiple Sites
• Experience Applying ASTM-E2500 Practices and Principles
• Real World Application of Science and Risk based Verification and Validation Methodologies
• Experience Required Planning and Executing Commissioning, Verification, and Validation for at least one of the following systems:
o Formulation Suite
o Parts Washers and Autoclaves
o Generation and Distribution of Clean Utilities and HVAC
o CIP/SIP
• Verbal and Written Communication and Organizational Skills Necessary to Interface with Project Management, Design Team, and Multiple Site Implementation Teams Required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams Required
• Proficiency with Electronic Document Management Software and Engineering Design Software Preferred
• English Language Proficiency Required
