Amentum’s Tactical Systems Division (TSD) designs, manufactures, markets, and sells world class products and customer support to all levels of government worldwide. TSD proudly supports military, intelligence community, and law enforcement agencies around the world.
TSD is currently seeking an Engineering Technologist for Product Development and work with the current cellular and Wi-Fi engineering teams to refine / create viable solutions for the law enforcement, IC, and military market segments. This position will be heavily involved with product sales, customer support, and customer training.
Duties / responsibilities : Product Development, Field test, refine, develop, and provide details for improvement of existing and future hardware and software solutions. Assist with leading the design, development, testing, and usability phases of new products. Assist with getting existing and new products to market. Accurately record and report back customer feedback to the support staff. Coordinate and attend conferences and trade shows. Provide remote and on-site technical support to the user community during regular business hours and occasionally after-hours.
