We are looking for a driven and curious Entry Level Water Treatment Engineer in the Puget Sound Region.
As part of our team, you will work with a core group of engineers and designers on some of the most complex drinking water treatment projects in our region. You will work in planning studies, pilot scale evaluations, treatment technologies, process / mechanical engineering, and field assignments to collaborate with our team to deliver meaningful solutions for water treatment project challenges locally, nationally, and across the globe. The work will involve technical studies, computer modelling, technical writing, engineering design, and engineering services during construction.

Here's what you’ll need :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)
Educational emphasis and strong interest in drinking water treatment system design and operation
Excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, strong data analysis skills, technical problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proficient skills with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ideally, you’ll also have :
A GPA of at least 3.0
Master’s or other graduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)
Previous work experience in engineering, construction, or facility operations
Completed internship in a water treatment-related field
Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate
Hydraulic modelling experience (e.g. Fathom, AutoPIPE)
Wet chemistry laboratory skills
