Your impact
As an HR Project Manager, you will act as the project owner for a multitude of diverse, local, and global HR projects. Your dynamic background in business, with experience in enterprise applications will allow you to successfully interact and collaborate with executive business leaders and articulate project parameters and key performance indicators. You’ll drive our purpose, leading projects across various HR departments. You will join a dedicated team that helps shape and implement strategic changes to Jacobs HR projects. This role is highly involved in cooperation with stakeholders on every level in the HR Center of Excellence teams. You’ll understand the holistic business outcome to establish, organize, and support sub-projects within your domain.

In this role, you’ll
- Guide project teams through all project phases from inception to closure across a diverse enterprise by using different methods of Project Management; Waterfall/Agile
- Lead, develop, and coordinate with project team, other functional groups, stakeholders, and business leaders. Create, maintain, and own project schedules, risks, dependencies, and actions associated with specified projects
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, key stakeholders as needed on status, risks, and accomplishments to ensure alignment with the overall program & project goals
- Perform project reporting including regular stakeholder status reports, overall performance of the project, and completion documentation
- Host global meetings, documenting notes and follow-up actions
- Support the continuous improvement of HR Project Portfolio Management at Jacobs
