With a focus on critical water system infrastructure, you will be part of a team that solves challenges from a system resiliency perspective to client organizational and personnel dynamics. The group designs and implements SCADA technology integrated solutions for projects to enable compliance with Industrial Automation Technology best practices, governance regulations and guidelines to effectively operate and maintain designed solutions. You will interact and team with individuals from various geographies and sectors. This gives you the flexibility to own and shape your career. We’ll provide the support and opportunities to develop the skills, knowledge and experience you need to succeed.
You will assist multiple projects in the design, configuration, support and maintenance of Industrial Automation / SCADA systems and their applicable technologies, including the foundational network and computer systems. The candidate has experience integrating systems based on major PLC and HMI platforms common in the water industry using Ethernet networks, fiber and wireless communication systems, virtualized servers, and Microsoft platforms (Windows, Active Directory) with a focus on system resiliency and security. Travel is estimated up to about 30%.

Here's what you'll need
- Minimum 5 years of experience related to integrated SCADA project delivery
- Professional qualifications must include Cisco’s CCNA Routing & Switching Certification
- Ability to follow direction and adhere to standard approaches established for project delivery
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork
- Creative, independent with good problem-solving skills
- Strong interest in the field of digital security and resiliency for industrial control systems
- Professional Certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft Azure, SANS GICSP, CCNP, GIAC Response and Industrial Defense (GRID)
- HMI certifications, including (but not limited to) Rockwell Automation (FactoryTalk), Inductive Automation (Ignition), Aveva/Wonderware
- Knowledge in programming (Function Block, Ladder Logic, or similar), ethernet and wireless networks, and operating systems (Windows & Linux)
