The program mission is to support users within the program of record through multiple support services including operational management, information sharing, data brokering and governance, messaging support, and access management. The program is a major player in the modernization of data platforms and programs of records.
Responsibilities :
Provide support to the government customer before, during, and after battle rhythm functions.
This support includes participating in meetings for branded materials (digitally and physically), understanding the government’s customers’ expectations and audience, delivering updated materials in an efficient manner prior to meetings, attending meetings and noting needed changes, and maintaining materials for follow-on events.
Daily and bi-weekly meetings with operations team to synchronize division wide needs.
Maintaining standards and procedures for future communications efforts.
