About the Role
We are seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our team in Conshohocken, PA.
Your Impact
As a key member of our Project Controls Team, you will perform overall project and program cost and schedule controls as well as forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, project earn value measurement tracking, risk management, proposals, cashflow, schedule monitoring and reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall program cost controls and schedule reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management.
- Provide day-to-day support, planning, and management of our cost and scheduling project team comprised of 3-6 staff members ranging from junior to senior roles on a specific project or program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
- At least 15 years of project cost controls and scheduling experience (preferably Bio/Pharma EPCMV Project environment).
- Experience with Primavera P6, Schedule Analysis/Acumen Fuse.
Preferred Qualifications
- Skills with Excel Macro level, Databases (MS Access), Power BI and dashboard development.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
- Advanced Excel, MS Access and/or Power BI skills.
