As a Project Turnover Manager, you'll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery.
About this role
We're looking for a passionate Project Turnover Manager for Clayton, NC who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you'll help our teams achieve our client's objectives. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules
- Manage project sequencing, planning, and execution of complex Life Science projects
- Ensure successful start-up and commissioning of complex Life Science projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
- 15 years of experience in Construction Management field
- Extensive experience in Turnover Sequencing, Planning, and Execution of complex Life Science projects
Preferred qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and general building maintenance

Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this position is $155,800.00 to $252,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
