Job Description:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide application, server, database, and development support and services.
- Work in a Windows-based environment as well as utilize Microsoft Office Suite.
- Administer existing systems and maintain code, and develop new systems as necessary
- Administer database fields and users
- Data integrations with REST-based and websocket-based APIs to vendors such as Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Ads, Microsoft Power BI, RingCentral, CallRail, QuickBooks Online, Paylocity, Grafana, and many more
- Primary languages are C#, SQL, and JSON
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience providing systems integration and/or back-end development
- Enjoys taking ownership of a project and running with it
- A love for solving puzzles and finding solutions
- Very well organized
- Ability to work with users with widely varying technical skills
- Quick response to requests during business hours
- Ability to prioritize requests when necessary
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
