Responsibilities
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Generate sales leads
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Customer support experience or service representative experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
- Insurance Property and Casualty License (Preferred) or willing to obtain within 3 months - paid by employer
- Life & Health Insurance License (Preferred) or willing to obtain within 3 months - paid by employer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
