Role Overview:
The Vice President of Digital is responsible for leading the overall digital transformation of the brand. This executive-level role will define and execute the comprehensive digital strategy, focusing on scaling the digital ecosystem, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless integration of eCommerce and digital marketing initiatives. Lead Digital Strategy: Design, implement, and oversee the long-term digital strategy across eCommerce, digital marketing, and customer experience. Align digital initiatives with the company’s business goals to drive growth, profitability, and global brand presence.

Global eCommerce Leadership: Drive international market expansion and lead global eCommerce initiatives. Develop strategic and operational roadmaps for digital growth, focusing on driving customer acquisition, maximizing revenue, and achieving sales targets.

Financial Leadership & Budget Oversight: Develop and manage annual and multi-year eCommerce budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to define and allocate advertising spend. Establish and monitor financial metrics, customer growth, and digital profitability.

Data-Driven Performance Management: Define and implement a comprehensive set of KPIs to assess the performance of the eCommerce site, digital marketing strategies, and overall digital initiatives. Analyze and report results to senior leadership to ensure continuous improvement in sales, conversions, and customer retention.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital team. Cultivate a collaborative, results-oriented environment across digital, marketing, operations, and other departments. Ensure alignment with business goals and a customer-centric approach in all digital initiatives.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with leadership across departments to ensure cohesive strategy development and execution. Influence and guide the digital strategy across marketing, IT, operations, product development, and more to drive integrated, omni-channel growth.

P&L Management & Growth: Own and manage the digital P&L, ensuring profitability across all digital channels. Make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation, minimize costs, and drive overall revenue and margin growth.
Key Requirements:

10 years of experience in digital strategy, eCommerce, or data management, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or high-end consumer brand sector.

Proven success in managing international eCommerce operations, driving global digital initiatives, and scaling digital businesses.

Expertise in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, NetSuite), as well as digital marketing, analytics, and customer experience management tools.

Experience developing and executing strategic and financial plans, with a focus on increasing profitability and driving long-term business growth.

Strong background in managing digital marketing performance, including driving traffic, improving conversion rates, and enhancing customer retention across digital channels.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and create synergies between marketing, IT, product, and other departments.

Expertise in the fundamentals of retail, merchandising, sales, and operations as they relate to digital commerce.
